Asset Manager, Belinda Bevan, has extensive experience in the real estate industry, working in reception and administration before moving into asset management, which she loves. Belinda embraces the challenges that arise, and she finds the property industry a rewarding, people-based career that keeps on giving, with plenty of daily variety and stimulation.
Belinda’s role includes: portfolio management, rental appraisals, trust accounting, commercial management, and management of storage sheds. She possesses an impressive suite of skills and qualities that enable her to carry out her role as Asset Manager with exemplary professionalism to the very highest of standards.
A warm, open communicator, Belinda has no difficulty conversing with people from all walks of life and embraces the chance to meet new people and form professional relationships, which is very much a critical part of the First National Beerwah (FNB) ethos which focuses on people and service.
Belinda enjoys team work and the stimulating workplace and community-focused culture of FNB and seizes every opportunity to train and develop further professionally, so she can always deliver the optimum service to her clients. Super-organised, technology literate, and pedantic about ensuring all paperwork is executed thoroughly and correctly; Belinda strives for perfection in all aspects of her role.
“Close enough isn’t good enough; no corners should be cut – it’s better to take the time and do things properly in the first place rather than looking for a quick fix, that can lead to pain further down the track.”
When not working, Belinda enjoys spending time with her family, and keeps active climbing the local mountains…safely!
