This checklist is required for all properties that have not been sold and will continue to be marketed after 1st January 2010 regardless of when the property was initially listed for sale. We are unable to market any property without this declaration completed.
We have enclosed a copy of the Declaration Checklist as well as a fact sheet for your completion. These forms along with the User Guide are available to download from www.cecmann.com.au, www.dip.qld.gov.au or from our office.
We understand the frustration this new law will cause and we will do all we can to help you, but we are unable to complete this form on your behalf. If you have completed this form for another agency; please arrange for a copy to be sent to our office (fax or email accepted).
